aka Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator and PA to join an established motor company in their contact centre.

Job Duties Include:

  • Prioritising and organising work loads
  • Completing tasks and jobs within deadline times
  • Liaising with departmental managers on a regular basis
  • Attending meetings including taking notes
  • General adhoc office and admin duties
  • Create and maintain various databases
  • You'll assist in arranging and facilitating Training Courses and dealer group visits


  • You must have experience with Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude and support for others is a must
  • You must have a Full Driving licence with no more than 3 points
  • Experience within a PA role is essential
