<p>Our lovely client based in Heckmondwike have an exciting new vacancy for an Administrator / PA. (Sorry we would love to tell you who the client is but we can’t just yet). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful and local organisation. The role is very varied and interesting as not only does it include the usual General Administration work, typing, filing, photocopying etc you will also be organising travel and accommodation, looking after visitors, organising lunches and preparing meeting rooms. You will also work very closely with the Marketing department helping to produce brochures and mailshots to preparing sales figures and presentations.
To be considered for this exciting role you will need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, be flexible on your day to day tasks, be well organised and be able to multi-task. You will also need to be friendly and sociable, be reliable and proactive and fit in well with a young team. This role will suit someone who is looking to learn and progress in a business that has a record of training and moving people to different roles around the business.
