As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the Management of a team of Customer Service Consultants, using effective people processes in order to give a world class Colleague experience. (Sorry we would love to give the name of the company but due to confidentiality we can't just yet). You will oversee all customer contact handling within the department, acting as a point of escalation for any issues that customers experience. Maintain accurate records of customer contact using the complaints system and regularly review outstanding issues that require resolution in line with the Company’s customer complaints procedure.
