Our client based in Leeds are looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator to join their friendly organisation. (Sorry we would love to give the name of the company but due to confidentiality we can't just yet). Working within a busy Service department you will be required to process warranty claims, register car warranties, check invoices against policies registered, liaise with customers and manufacturers, deal with all related Warranty paperwork / administration as well as any customer related enquiries. This is a busy working environment and requires someone with excellent organisational and admin skills along with a confident telephone manner and outstanding customer service skills. Must have Vehicle Warranty experience.
